Returns

- Not accepted on personalised items.

- Not accepted for change of mind

- If you're buying in quantities, please make sure you order a sample to see quality.

- Returns accepted on plain bags only if there's something wrong with the item.

-Items must be returned unused and in the same condition that you received it with no stains or tears or body odour.

-Items must be returned in the original packaging. You can keep the promotional material including promo gifts if any.

-Please fill in the Return form and send it together with the item.

-If free return not included, please return the item with a fully tracked mail and send us the reference number.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) within 2 days of receiving the garment back. You will receive the credit within the standard 3-5 working days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

You will be refunded the item cost but not delivery cost. Return cost is at your own expenses.

If you’re eligible for a refund, you’ll be refunded the item price but not the delivery cost. If free returns not offered, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-­refundable. At times we do offer free returns.
