All packages are sent with Royal Mail Signed for Recorded Delivery. This method is recorded when the parcel leave the Post office and when arrives to you.

If the parcel is lost you can claim a refund after 25 days from the sending date (not order date). If the parcel has been delivered and signed by someone you don't know NO REFUND claim can be processed. Please make sure you know who's signing your deliveries.
