Shipping and Returns

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're still here to help.

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it (the day it gets delivered to you not the day you collect and open the parcel).

To be eligible for a return:

- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

- Please take care trying on items, as all products must be returned in spotless conditions and all tags and labels still attached.  Returns that are damaged or soiled will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer and/or a refund or exchange refused.

We fully inspect the garments before we send them out. However, if you receive an item which you feel is damaged, please contact us immediately.

- Your item must be in the original packaging but you can keep any promotional material including promo gifts.

- Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase if you bought it directly from our showroom. If you have bought it online we will have a record of your purchase and date of delivery.

- You need to fill in the Return form included in the package and send it together with the item.

- While we offer free shipping, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-­refundable.

- Please return the item with a tracked mail and send us the reference number.


Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.

We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within the standard 3-5 working days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
