An item should be returned WITHIN 2 DAYS of its delivery date, (when you actually receive it) unused and with all garment tags still attached. Our shipping boxes are considered to be a part of the product and must be returned with the item.
This is also to ensure that the item arrives back to us in an undamaged state.
Returned items must be returned with any enclosed return documentation. We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge.
The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us.
I only accepts returns on fast delivery, either ROYAL MAIL SPECIAL DELIVERY or HERMES NEXT DAY DELIVERY.
