✨FEES & REFUNDS
- A £10 NON-REFUNDABLE ADMIN FEE IS APPLIED WHEN YOU ORDER A GARMENT TO TRY-IT-AT-HOME. The admin Fee covers for the handling of your order and cleaning the garments before gets sent again. This Fee is refunded if you decide to order a fresh sample.
- Items returned later than 5 working days will be charged a fee of £5 per each day of delay, detracted from the item price. If you receive the parcel on a Friday please post it back on the following Monday.
- Items returned with damages, tears or hard to clean stains (wine / coffee / markers) will not be refunded. If the TRY-IT-AT-HOME sample is sent to you with fault this will be notified beforehand.
- Free Returns
- Refunds are processed within 2 days of receiving the garment back and return criterias are met.
✨RETURNS POLICY
- Garment must be returned unworn, with no stains, tears of body odour.
- Please remove jewellery, earring, watches, heels when trying it on so not to damage the fabric.
- Please keep all the labels and tags on.
- Please return item within 5 working days of receiving the item to be eligible for refund.
- Please send the garment back with the same packaging it was received, including the box if any. Please send back with the parcel bag and return address sticker provided.

For this reason please make sure you return the garment within the Return Policy time.
