✨TRI-IT-AT-HOME (UK ONLY)
You can try this garments at home if you wish. Fees applies, please see slide in listing for all info.

✨FEES & REFUNDS✨
- A £25 NON-REFUNDABLE ADMIN FEE IS APPLIED WHEN YOU ORDER A GARMENT TO TRY-IT-AT-HOME. The admin Fee covers for the handling of your order and cleaning the garments before gets sent again

- Items returned later than 2 days will be charged a fee of £5 per each day of delay, detracted from the item price. If you receive the parcel on a Friday please post it back on the following Monday.

- Items returned with damages, tears or hard to clean stains (wine / coffee / markers) will not be refunded. If the TRY-IT-AT-HOME sample is sent to you with fault this will be notified beforehand.

- Refunds are processed within 2 days of receiving the garment back and return criterias are met.

- Return shipping cost is at your own expenses but you will be provided with packaging and printed labels ready to send the garment back.

✨RETURNS
- Garment must be returned unworn, with no stains, tears of body odour.

- Please remove jewellery, earring, watches, when trying it on so not to damage the fabric.

- Please keep all the labels and tags on.

- Please return item within 2 days of receiving the item to be eligible for refund.

- Please send the garment back with the same packaging it was received, including the box if any. Please send back with the parcel bag and return address sticker provided.

- Returns MUST be sent back on recorded Special Delivery / Track and Sign with the minimum insurance to cover for the price of the item. Return cost is not refundable unless agreed otherwise.
Please send an email with the tracking number. Standard or First Class recorded mail won’t be accepted.

You will be sent the available top with Buttons only or Buttons + tie.

✨DISPATCH TIME
Please note we only have two samples to send out so you might have to wait a few days if the garments are both out but we're aiming to send as quickly as possible.
For this reason please make sure you return the garment within the Return Policy time.

✨DELIVERY - UK ONLY
Sent on Special Delivery. Please return with the same method.

✨CANCELLATION OF YOUR TRY-IT-AT-HOME ORDER
If you change your mind please cancel within 24 hours. After 24 hours order will not be refunded.
