✨RETURNS, FEES & REFUNDS

- Returns are free, please use packaging, box and labels included.

- Garments are sent with Special Delivery signed for delivery.

- Garments needs to be returned within 5 working days of receiving it.

- Items returned later than 5 working days will be charged a fee of £5 per each day of delay, detracted from the item price. The 5 days count from when the parcel is delivered (or an attempt to it) to when is sent back. Please make sure you can sign the parcel when it arrives as a delay in collecting the parcel will count as a day to try the item on. Garments needs to be returned quickly as other people would like to see them too. Please refer to DISPATCH TIME.

- A £10 NON-REFUNDABLE ADMIN FEE IS APPLIED WHEN YOU ORDER A GARMENT TO TRY-IT-AT-HOME. The admin Fee covers for the handling of your order and cleaning the garments before gets sent again. This Fee is refunded if you decide to order a fresh sample.

- Items returned with damages, tears or hard to clean stains (wine / coffee / markers) will not be refunded. If the TRY-IT-AT-HOME sample is sent to you with fault this will be notified beforehand.

- Refunds are processed within 2 days of receiving the garment back and return criterias are met.

✨RETURNS CRITERIA
- Garment must be returned unworn, with no stains, tears of body odour.
- Please remove jewellery, earring, watches, heels when trying it on so not to damage the fabric.
- Please keep all the labels and tags on.

✨DISPATCH TIME
Please note we only have two samples to send out so you might have to wait 2 to 10 days if the garments are both out but we're aiming to send as quickly as possible.
For this reason please make sure you return the garment within the Return Policy time.
